Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the product:

• Account details. Your email address and authentication identifiers, managed through our identity provider (Amazon Cognito) when you sign up or sign in.
• Profile & preferences. Display name, country/region, and settings you choose in the app.
• Subscription & purchase data. Your plan status and transaction identifiers, processed by the app stores and our billing partners (Google Play Billing, Apple, RevenueCat, Stripe). We never receive or store your full card number.
• Product activity. Slips you build or save, chats with the AI assistant, support tickets you open, and in-app actions — used to deliver features and improve the models.
• Device & usage analytics. App/version, device type, general usage events and (for installs) the referral source. Collected via PostHog and our own logs.

We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, or special-category personal data.

• Provide, personalize, and secure the app and your account.
• Generate AI predictions, parlays, and value insights you request.
• Process subscriptions and restore purchases.
• Respond to support requests (a support ticket may include your recent chat transcript).
• Measure feature usage and improve product quality and model accuracy.
• Detect abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, including: Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, identity), PostHog (product analytics), and our payment/subscription partners named above. Each may process data in the United States or other countries.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and Slip AI.

We keep account and activity data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal, tax, or security obligations.

• Access, correct, or delete your account data — from in-app settings or by contacting us.
• Opt out of analytics tracking where offered by your device or the app.
• Depending on where you live (e.g. UK/EU/GDPR, California/CCPA), you may have additional rights to portability and to object to certain processing. We honor valid requests.

Slip AI is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us and we will remove the data.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and notify you of material incidents where required.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
