Delete your account

Fastest — in the app: open Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Or request it by email:

1. Send an email from the address on your account to hello@atlaswave.ai with the subject “Delete my Slip AI account”.
2. We verify the request is from the account owner (using the email on the account).
3. We delete your account and data, and email you to confirm once it’s done.

Verified requests are actioned promptly and completed within 30 days.

• Your account and sign-in credentials (email/identity).
• Profile details — nickname, avatar, country and settings.
• Your activity — saved slips, AI chat history, support tickets and in-app actions.
• Analytics identifiers and referral/attribution data linked to you.

We retain a limited set of records only where the law requires it or to protect against fraud and abuse:

• Transaction & billing records (plan, dates, transaction IDs — never full card numbers) — kept for the period required by tax and financial-record law, then deleted or anonymised. We do not use them for any other purpose after your account is deleted.
• Fraud/abuse records — minimal data needed to enforce our terms and prevent repeat abuse, kept only as long as necessary.

Everything else listed above is permanently deleted.
