Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that using an analytics/predictions product, and any activity you separately choose to undertake, is lawful in your location. If it is not, do not use Slip AI.

Slip AI models games across many sports and bookmakers to estimate probabilities and surface where a price may offer value, and packages these into ready-to-read predictions and slips. Everything we show is an estimate, generated by statistical models, for information and entertainment.

• We do not take bets, hold funds, or pay out winnings.
• We do not guarantee any outcome, result, profit, or return.
• Predictions are probabilistic. Past performance and model accuracy do not guarantee future results.
• Any decision you make using our information is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login secure. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, create accounts by automated means, or use another person’s account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Slip AI offers a free trial and paid Slip Pro plans (e.g. weekly and monthly). Prices are shown in your local currency before you pay.
• Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. They renew at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, your payment provider, or (for app-store purchases) your store settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Flick, Stripe, Apple, or Google). Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We do not store your full card details.
• Prices may change; we’ll give notice of changes before they apply to your next renewal.

Except where required by applicable law or by an app store’s policy, payments are non-refundable, and partial periods are not refunded. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@slipai.pro and we’ll look into it.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our predictions, data, or content;
• reverse-engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms Slip AI or other users.

Slip AI, its software, models, model outputs, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own, non-commercial use while your account is in good standing. All other rights are reserved.

Odds, scores, fixtures, and related data come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for third-party data or services, and we do not endorse any bookmaker.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that any prediction will be correct or profitable. You use Slip AI at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slip AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for any loss of money, profits, or opportunity arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service or reliance on any prediction. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You can stop using Slip AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Slip AI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
