Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open your account, then Subscription. You can renew, switch plan, or cancel there. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage it in your store settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep Pro until the current period ends.
I paid but I’m still not Pro.
Payments usually unlock within a minute of returning to the app. If it hasn’t, wait a few minutes and reopen the app, or email us the address on your account and we’ll sort it right away.
Do you offer refunds?
Except where required by law or an app store’s policy, payments are non-refundable. If you were charged in error, email us and we’ll review it.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and data from this page.
